Health Net - PPO & HMO
One of the Health Net Plans offered by Sacramento Coca-Cola Bottling Co., is a Health Maintenance Organization or HMO plan. By electing the Health Net HMO, you will need to select a participating Primary Care Physician (PCP) from Health Net’s broad participating network. Your PCP helps you manage your health care, referring you to specialists and other services when you need them.

The alternate Health Net plan offered by Sacramento Coca-Cola Bottling is a Preferred Provider Organization or PPO plan. By electing the Health Net PPO, you have the freedom to see any physician in the UHC network, including Specialists, without a referral. With this plan, you will receive the highest level of benefits when you seek care from an In-Network physician, facility or other health care professional. You may also choose to seek care outside the Health Net network without a referral, however, that care will be subject to a higher deductible and higher out of pocket expenses.

Humana - Dental Plan
If you enroll in a medical plan, you are automatically enrolled in the dental PPO plan offered by Sacramento Coca-Cola. The dental plan allows you to choose a preferred or in-network dentist to have lower out of pocket expenses. The PPO plan gives you the freedom to choose any dentist you wish to seek services from.


Pacific Benefit Consultants - Flex Plan
When you participate in a flexible spending account via salary reduction, you reduce your federal, FICA, Social Security, Medicare (and in some cases, state) taxes and increase your take-home pay. The money that is deposited into your Flexible Spending Account comes straight out of your gross pay, and is not taxed. The flexible spending account may be used for reimbursement of out-of-pocket Medical expenses or Dependent Care.


Employee Assistance & Work/Life Program
Need help with your daily concerns? You may contact your EAP & Work/Life Program to speak with a trained counselor who can provide guidance, information and/or referrals to local service providers, including licensed mental health professionals. EAP counselors can help you with personal, work or family challenges that are troubling you and may be having a negative impact on your work performance. You and your family members can receive assistance with a wide variety of problems or concerns.


Vision Service Plan
Along with your major medical and dental coverage, Sacramento Coca-Cola is offering a voluntary vision plan. VSP has a network of thousands of doctors, located in rural and metropolitan areas throughout the nation. The doctor network is so comprehensive, that more than ninety percent of members have access to a VSP doctor within ten miles of work and home. VSP doctors provide both eye exams and eyewear, making for a convenient “one-stop” means of obtaining eye care benefits. This plan is also a PPO plan which allows a higher amount covered when choosing a participating provider.


Wells Fargo Retirement Plan - 401(k)
Sacramento Coca-Cola sponsors a 401(k) retirement plan that enables you to put away money tax free to save for your retirement. Better yet, for every dollar you save (up to 8% of your earnings), Sacramento Coca-Cola puts another $.50 into your retirement account. That’s free money!! Where else can you invest your money and get an immediate 50% return? The requirements for participation are that you be 21 years of age or older and have worked here for one year with 1,000 hours.


The Hartford Life, AD&D & Disability
The Hartford life insurance policies can help employees protect their loved ones and ensure their financial security. All regular employees of Sacramento Coca-Cola are eligible for a basic life and AD&D benefit amount of one time their annual salary to a maximum of $150,000. This policy is provided at no cost for each eligible employee.
The Hartford also provides life insurance for your dependents. The coverage includes $2,000 for a spouse, $500 for a child under 6 months, and $1,000 for a child over 6 months.
Sacramento Coca-Cola provides its non-union employees with group short term and long term disability coverage for those unexpected situations that may keep you from performing the daily responsibilities of your job. These Hartford disability plans are available to help supplement your income when you are not able to continue employment for a certain period of time.
